John's Maple Granule French Toast

4-6 Slices of your favorite wheat bread

6 eggs whipped with a fork, inside plastic flattened tray

Sprinkle 1 full tbsp of Signature Blends by John Chapple Organic Cinnamon Powder into the whipped eggs.

Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of Signature Blends by John Chapple Maple Syrup Granules into the whipped eggs, as well.

Whip the eggs, Maple Syrup Granules and Cinnamon together. Dip each slice of bread into mixture to cover both sides of bread.

Place mixture dipped bread in hot butter lined skillet. Sprinkle more Maple Syrup Granules to your liking, on wet top, of bread in hot pan. 

After 2-4 minutes cooking one side on medium heat, flip the bread over and lightly sprinkle to taste MORE Maple Syrup Granules onto bread.

Add the syrup of your choice, or sprinkle white powdered sugar on top, ONLY if your sweet tooth is raging!

John's Shrimp & Veggie Tacos

10-20 medium sized shrimp

15-20 small scallops

Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to pan under medium heat.

Cook shrimp and scallops together.

Sprinkle Shrimp/Scallops to taste: Signature Blends by John Chapple Garlic Pepper, Signature Blends by John Chapple Garlic & Herbs. Sprinkle lightly with Signature Blends Hiwa-Kai Sea Salt.

Saute' your favorite vegetables in olive oil, with 2 cloves of fresh Garlic. Season to taste with Signature Blends Garlic Pepper and Signature Blends Alaea Sea Salt.  

Fry tortillas in olive oil. When done, add veggies, Shrimp and Scallops. Serve with sour cream, fresh avocado, pico, and hot sauce. Enjoy!
