WEEDS IN THE CULTURE

Blessings to each of you...
Today I wanted to dive right in to the Vultures of Culture. This year at the 2024 Olympic games, we had a chance to see Break Dancing as an actual sport. I anticipated seeing Robert "Lee" Taylor, Crazy Legs, any of the Rock Steady Crew, any of the New York City Breakers, Demons of the Mind from Frisco, CA, Michael Boogaloo Shrimp Turbo, Grand Master Flash, any of the Furious Five, any of the Cold Krush Brothers, Kurtis Blow, Run or DMC, Kool Herc, Afrika Bambaataa, Big Daddy Kane or at least Will Smith. I mean the committee or whomever chose the judges and the talent for this global event completely missed the mark in my opinion.
Events this large are planned many years in advance, so this was a blatant attack on Hip Hop culture and all who follow. What do YOU remember about the Break Dancing portion of the Olympic Games? Who even won Gold? RAY GUN is still in the media, to overshadow the entire Break Dancing segment. Rachael Louise Gunn or globally known as RAY GUN from Australia was to me a PLANt (Plan and Plant) to make a mockery of Hip Hop culture with a performance equal to Dena Rizzo of "This is Hip Hop." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IS2KQ46Kf84&t=8s
Respect to all humans that are true to the art form of Rap, Hip Hop, Break Dance and DJ culture by paying homage to the creators & real one's inside this life saving, life changing art form.
I do understand that Dance and Rhythmic movement is apart of our human experience and should be shared with all. It is of the utmost importance to give credit where credit is due and to show love where love was given. I do wonder would there be any Chinese culture blow back, if any other culture took the art of Karate to the masses as if they created the art of it? Or would there be any blow back from any other culture from others stealing their flavor, style, art, inventions, likeness or essence, without showing respect or paying homage?
Take a look at Tiktok and how every dance move is blatantly stolen from African creators. African kids create the dances and styles that other cultures steal and become famous for. This is thievery! It's bad enough that we as African's will most likely never receive reparations from the U.S Government for the atrocities put upon us. I feel at minimum, homage and respect to the creators of Hip Hop culture should be paid not necessarily with money but with RESPECT. For the powers that be, to put Break Dancing on a world Stage without ANY originators of it dancing, commenting or judging the event is blasphemy to say the least.
Please tell me what compensation we as African Americans have received for building this nation and being slaves of it. Many say Black Lives Matter, or go as far as to have this slogan posted on there suburban lawn! I say how effective can my black life be without black economics, black jobs, black real estate or black opportunities? You hypocrites will never let go of your economic privilege and you know it, so keep ya Black Lives slogan. Remember you will be paid a wage for your blind eye and non-actions in Gods time. Let me make this clear, I am speaking to some of you with black skin, if the shoe fits wear it.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
It's sad enough that we have grown comfortable or sedentary in watching the modern day global lynching of African Americans at the hands of the powers that be. What's even more sickening is to watch us kill us over crumbs! Your silence becomes your consent.
John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I (Yeshua) have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
I except that any and everything that comes my humble way within this life, comes from God and will be used solely to glorify and magnify his Holy Name in spirit and truth! I expect man to be fleshly man, until he awakens in mind, body and soul by way of Yahweh. But this blatant growing of Weeds within The Culture needs to be spoken of. So woop here it is!
Until we meet again, Stay Pushin!
