What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-7 days processing time before your order ships. Average shipping times are 2-20 days (Depending on your location, Carrier and/or items ordered). Tracking numbers will be updated no later than 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
All products are quality checked before leaving our U.S warehouse. However we depend on 2nd party quality checks before leaving our overseas warehouse. They are human and do not always get the orders 100%. We will amicably work with you to resolve any quality issues. Please read our Terms Of Service. All sales are considered final once shipped out.

Please "Contact Us" with all details such as photos and/or video with any issues that have arisen. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty before it ships! YOU MUST cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already shipped, consider the product as a gift from yourself to yourself.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship globally from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 2-20 business days, including any customs delay and really depending on product ordered. This shipping time does not include the 3-7 day processing time. FREE SHIPPING is ONLY inside the U.S.A. for select items. International Shipping for select items is not free!
